THE CREATIVE WORLD CAN BE INTIMIDATING

But feeling confident making things with your own hands feels magical, joyous, and empowering, as well as...

GROWING CONFIDENCE

Getting good at something helps prove to yourself that you are capable. The more "votes" you can cast for yourself, the more confident you get.

BEAUTIFYING YOUR WORLD

Enables you to make thing you really like, and that others like, too. Make unique decor and gifts people will treasure way more than whatever you could get at Target.

FIGHTING CONSUMERISM

Make what you want, repair what you have, save your money and help the environment at the same time

If a little voice in your head is telling you that you need talent to do any of this... tell it to SHUT THE HECK UP.

Making things is a learnable skill you can acquire and grow.

If you want to make beautiful things, YOU CAN LEARN.

Still, you might still be scared of starting, because trying something new is kind of scary.

That's why I'm here. I'm your geeky millennial Martha Stewart of crafts, with a Mrs. Frizzle attitude of, "take chances, make mistakes, get messy!" I've traveled in these maker lands for a long time, and would love to teach you what I know, and learn with you what I don't.

We're going to have fun. Are you ready?
